Your email address, your password in hashed form, your balance and its history, the payments made with your cards as reported by the card issuer (merchant, amount, time, outcome), the last four digits and name of each card, your top-up requests, and the devices you sign in from. Full card numbers are held by the issuer; we show them to you on request and never store them.
To issue a card we send the issuer your name as you enter it, your phone number and your email. The issuer processes payments under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your data and do not share it with anyone else, except when the law requires it.
We use one cookie, which keeps you signed in. If you turn on notifications, your browser gives us an address at its push service (Google, Apple, Mozilla or Microsoft) and we send short encrypted messages about your payments and balance to it. You can turn this off at any time under Notifications, and signing out removes the device.
We email you for account matters only: invitations, password resets, and decisions on your requests. Emails contain no amounts or card details.
Payment history is kept while your account exists and afterwards for as long as financial rules require. You can ask us for a copy of your data, for corrections, or for closure of your account through Support.
